Limited Warranty
Cooper Controls Ltd warrants its products bearing the Zero 88 Brand name against defects in materials or workmanship. The term of this warranty is based on the product usage and is from the date of delivery.
The warranty is covered for the FIRST & SECOND years on the parts and labour only.
The warranty is covered for the THIRD year on the parts only.
This warranty is void in any of the following circumstances:
- The product has been misused,neglected, damaged or abused
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
- The product has been improperly installed, operated, repaired or maintained.
- The product has been modified.
- The product has been connected to other equipment with which it is not compatible.
- The product has been used or stored in conditions outside its electrical or environmental specifications.
- The product has been used for purposes other than for which it was designed.
- The product has been used outside its stated specifications and operating parameters.
Correct installation and operation of the product is the owner’s responsibility.
To assert a warranty claim, complete the return Service Request form (available from Lighting Controls Pte Ltd see below). Please send the Service Request Form before sending the product for repair.
Return the product to Lighting Controls Pte Ltd or its authorised agent.
If Cooper Controls Ltd accepts the warranty claim, Lighting Controls Pte Ltd will provide, or arrange for, service, repair or replacement as Cooper Controls Ltd shall determine in its sole discretion.
Cooper Controls Ltd shall bear the cost of such service, repair or replacement.
However, the owner shall bear the cost of freight and insurance on the product, both ways. If Cooper Controls Ltd does not wish to service, repair or replace the defective product, it shall refund the purchase price.
Cooper Controls Ltd sole responsibility is to repair, replace or service a product subject to a valid warranty claim. Under no circumstance will Cooper Controls Ltd and/or Lighting Controls Pte Ltd be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential costs or damages, including dismantling and re-installation costs, loss of operations or profits.
Cooper Controls Ltd and/or Lighting Controls Pte Ltd accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to heed relevant operating and safety procedures specified by Cooper Controls Ltd and/or Lighting Controls Pte Ltd
This is an express warranty. Cooper Controls Ltd and/or Lighting Controls Pte Ltd disclaims any other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose,
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or disclaimers of implied or statutory warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers or exclusions of consequential or incidental damages.
Therefore, the above disclaimers, limitations and exclusions may not apply in all jurisdictions in which Cooper Controls Ltd Lighting Controls Pte Ltd sells its product.
